At Route Osteopathy, I take a whole-body approach to care, recognizing that the body’s systems, tissues, and structures are interconnected working together to support our overall health and wellbeing.

Each treatment is tailored to you and your individual needs with the intention of exploring contributing factors and supporting your body’s capacity for balance, adaptation, and recovery.

Before Your Appointment

Parking: Free on-site parking is available for patients. Please use ONLY the angled parking spots located along the back of the building.

Clinic Entrance: The clinic entrance is accessible through the main entrance on Church Street.

Clothing Recommendations: Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and socks to your appointment. This allows for ease of movement and supports comfort throughout your treatment.

When You Arrive: Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area until I come to bring you in for your appointment. I look forward to welcoming you to Route Osteopathy.
